Processing Time
All Twin Folk kits are lovingly packed and shipped from Montreal, Canada. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons (like the holidays), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience as we get your order ready!

Shipping Options
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Delivery Times
🇨🇦 Canada: 3–7 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days (depending on customs)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
All U.S. orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. U.S. orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges, if applied, are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Twin Folk can’t predict or control these fees, and they’re not included in your checkout total.

If your package is held at customs or requires additional payment before delivery, your local postal service will contact you directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service. While delays are rare, they can happen — especially during peak seasons or international transit. If your package seems lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
